What we collect
When you send an enquiry, calculate a price or book a service, we collect the details you enter: your name, mobile number, email address, project location, property or site details, and whatever you tell us about the work. If you send photographs, drawings or documents by email or WhatsApp, we hold those too.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate or quotation, arrange a site assessment or digital verification, carry out work you approve, and keep records of projects and invoices. We also use your contact details to reach you about the specific project you contacted us about.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Only where it is needed to deliver your project: project partners or specialist agencies engaged on your work, and service providers who help us operate — for example a payment gateway when you pay online, a hosting provider, or the Google Sheets spreadsheet in which we record website enquiries and reservations. They receive only what is necessary and may not use it for anything else.
Payments
Card, UPI and net-banking details are handled by the payment gateway, not by Danum Industries. We do not see or store your full card number.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Project, invoice and warranty records are kept for as long as we are required to hold them, including for the duration of any workmanship warranty.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details on this page and we will respond.
